The First 5 Years - Active Parenting
This curriculum addresses basic parenting skills for babies and young children, including non-violent discipline and school readiness. This curriculum is perfect for new parents or veteran parents starting again! We offer this class as a hybrid group class and playgroup. The first hour is group education (with childcare) the second hour is guided play with our littles.

Strengthening Families
Strengthening Families is ideal for families with tweens and teens (10ish-17) and kids/teens are encouraged to attend alongside their parents. We will focus on family bonding, healthy rules and boundaries, as well as topics like stress and anger management. Taught in 10 sessions.
Nurturing Parenting
A complete and well-rounded 10 session parenting class. This evidence-based curriculum covers a variety of topics ranging from bonding, healthy emotions, and parental self-care to positive discipline and family rules. Suited for Parents of kids 2-17. This class should be attended by parents/caregivers only, please arrange childcare if necessary (nursing babies always welcome)
Thriving Marriages
This 7-week series focuses on encouraging healthy marriages through positive communication and teamwork. We will cover topics like: Understanding personalities and love languages, Growing empathy and compassion, Common conflicts and struggles, How to fight fair, and Dating your spouse.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is offered one on one or as a leadership group/team from the same organization. The commitment to coaching includes completing homework, reading assignments, and any assigned projects. Prices vary based on the number of individuals in a cohort, length of the contract, and the number/frequency of sessions.
