2025 Frog O’ Faire T-Shirt & Banner Design Contest!
Calling All Artists! Create a piece of Frog O' Faire history - We are looking for artwork from local artist (all ages and abilities) to feature on the t-shrits, posters, and banners for the 2025 Frog O' Faire.
2025 FAIRE THEME: A Storybook Day
ELIGIBILITY:
Original 2D artwork only by a Southern Oregon resident in any media, including digital design. Photos maybe used, but must be the original work of the artist or have explicit permission from the photographer including the possibly of recreation/printing. No stock photos. Submissions created by AI will be disqualified.
Age Categories: Kids: 5-16years, Teens/Adults: 17+
ARTWORK SIZE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Artwork must be between 8.5”x11” and 14”x18” and on paper that allows for duplication.
Artwork should not be matted, mounted, laminated, framed, or folded.
The artist’s first and last name must be written or signed on the front lower right-hand corner of the poster.
Artwork should represent the 2025 theme, "A Storybook Day" and include native Northwest Wildlife.. Please incorporate “Frog O’ Faire 2025" in the artwork. If a winner is chosen that does not include the title, it will be added in the creation process of posters/t-shrits. Submissions accepted July 10 - August 25, 2024
ENTRY DUE DATE: August 25, 2024
HOW TO ENTER:
- Drop off the original art along with the entry form (below) by August 25, 2024 to one of the following locations: Legacy Family & Leadership (1440 Parkdale dr, Grants Pass), or KLDR.KAJO (888 Rogue River HWY, Grants Pass). Or submit via mail (postmarked by 08/25/24) Legacy Family & Leadership, 106 NE F st PMB#342, Grants Pass OR 97526
- Art may also be submitted online, high-quality digital replications (photographs or scans) are eligible. However, if the piece is selected as a finalist, the original will needed for showings. Entries maybe emailed to teresa@legacygp.org
RIGHTS:
By participating in the contest you agree that after submission, your entry will become the property of the Legacy Family & Leadership/The Frog O’ Faire and may be used for promotional purposes, shared on LFL/FOF social media accounts, and/or included in announcements and press releases.
The winning entry becomes the property of the Legacy Family & Leadership/The Frog O’ Faire.
Except as used by the Legacy Family & Leadership/The Frog O’ Faire, all artists, including the winner, will retain the rights to their work. Entry in the contest constitutes full permission to publish names of winners without further compensation. The determination of eligibility of entries and any interpretation of these rules is at the sole discretion of the Legacy Family & Leadership/The Frog O’ Faire, and shall be final and binding upon all entrants.
The winning artist is to not use their design for their own promotions until after the Frog O’ Faire event date of Saturday June 14th, 2025.
By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these rules.
PRIZES:
Winning artwork will be published on the 2025 T-shirts, Posters/Flyers, and Banners for Frog O' Faire, the winner from each age category will receive two (2) of the T-shirts in their choice of sizes.
The top three (3) winning entries in each category will receive a prize bundle.
The top 20 submissions will be displayed in several public art shows (Art Along the Rogue, and Art Walk, a Gallery Display)
